HSE & Leadership Training

We are the only training provider in Scotland licensed by the Institution of Occupational Safety & Health (IOSH) and International Institute of Risk & Safety Management (IIRSM). Our trainers are all Scottish Qualifications Authority (SQA) approved, and time served subject matter experts (SME). We view it as essential that your training is conducted by a professional who has first-hand experience of applying what you learn on your course.

We offer remote (via Teams) and in-person training options. Both have pros & cons, and you should think carefully about the option that is best for you. If you choose in-person, the course will be held at the Integrity HSE training facility on Queen's Road, Aberdeen. If this requires you to seek accommodation, we work in partnership with Mal Maison (50 yards away) who will take another 10% off their best room price.

The most popular courses by Integrity HSE are:

Mental Health Awareness (online computer based training)
IOSH Occupational Health and Wellbeing (In-person & Remote)
IOSH Managing Safely (In-person only)
IIRSM Risk Essentials (In-person & Remote)

Details of all of our courses, including those that can be created and tailored to suit your specific needs, as well as how to book them, can found below, or contact us directly on enquiries@integrityhse.co.uk.

Bespoke Training Courses

We also design and deliver courses on any subject our clients desire. This allows a client to identify area(s) of improvement, and then sit back and let our skilled instructors do the rest. We can even have your tailored course accredited by a range of external associations (IOSH, IIRSM, etc.).

Training with Integrity

A commitment to training is not just an expenditure; it's a strategic move that pays dividends. Research from respected institutions (McKinsey, PwC, & Deloitte) indicate that 40% of employees admit they will leave their job within the first year unless they receive training; because 74% don't believe they can reach their potential without it. The same sources tell us companies that proactively offer learning and development enjoy 218% higher income per employee; and 24% higher profit margins.

“Having watched the fantastic and meteoric rise of Integrity HSE, and knowing both Steve and Darrell as consummate and industry leading professionals it was an easy choice to bring on the Integrity HSE team to support in a major project, and we have been extremely satisfied with the service received. The team provided competent HSE professionals for the project and quickly embedded themselves in the Noble values very quickly.

Integrity HSE have met what was requested within the proposal and continue to add further value outside of the scope. I would have no issues with having them support us in the future on further projects and happy to recommend to anyone looking at their excellent and growing range of services”

In terms of corporate and operational HSE support, I would have no issues on calling on HSE Integrity for further support”.
